Very Handy Software

What do you like best? get's rid of need for complicated spreadsheets. What do you dislike? I am pretty happy with the tool and customer support, no complaints What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves a lot of time, and allows investors to access most updated cap table themselves which helps stop incoming questions.

Understand and manage shares

What do you like best? Simplicity and the resources provided to better understand your options What do you dislike? Nothing in particular. I'm not sure if this already exists, but it's not often that I'd login, so setting notifications around vesting / other important dates would be helpful. Great solution for managing/viewing your stock options

What do you like best? I really like the vesting schedule that is visible on Carta. It is clear, easy to understand and very detailed. I like that it breaks it down on a monthly basis to see how much you've vested already and you can also see what remains. The mobile app is great, as well! Great tool for small businesses

What do you like best? Ability to put all share certificates in one place electronically What do you dislike? Sometimes it's hard to find support/useful tips What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good solution to reduce paper

What do you like best? I like making equity management a paperless experience. It is also easy for all investors to see their info. What do you dislike? Time consuming to launch it correctly. Fine for Cap table but questionable business practice

What do you like best? The service makes managing your cap table pretty easy. They do not have a great support system, but their platform is easy enough where you can figure out how to manage your documents. What do you dislike? Carta raised pricing on us by almost 10x without warning or explanation. What do you like best? Carta makes it easy to track all your investors/equity, option exercises & new option issues, along with various additional tools such as expense accounting and scenario modeling. What do you like best? As a new employee, it was difficult for me to understand my stock options. And I didn't want to have to wade through my offer letter and google every little term, or ask my boss to go into too much detail. Carta made this easy and explained my options very clearly.
