Carta has made my job as COO at a small software business easier, and saved me time and headache.

What do you like best? The quick personal support from real humans has always been effective for me. They did the right thing allowing for different profiles under the same login so I can manage my own shares, and then separately manage the company's cap table. I found the ISO workflow very easy to deal with. The e-signature integration is well done, and the various prebuilt downloads are just about always exactly what I need. What do you dislike? Great equity administration

What do you like best? Ease of use. Able to provide legal counsel and auditors with login. What do you dislike? Incremental cost for certain features... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving time and effort. Ease of audit. Working with external partners. Reducing paperwork associated with equity grants and option exercises.

Great experience so far

What do you like best? -It makes it incredibly easy to issue options and maintain our cap table -Our attorneys and investors are extremely familiar with it, which makes it simple and easy to use What do you dislike? There is nothing we dislike so far with the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? -It saves us a ton of time when it comes to calculating anything regarding our cap table

Super Solid and Very Useful

What do you like best? Takes all the headache out of managing a cap table and makes 409A valuations less costly. What do you dislike? It is expensive and needs a competitor to keep pricing in check. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves a lot of time for my finance department.

Carta Options Management

What do you like best? The online interfacing and the mobile functionality. I am able to perform tasks through my phone which is very convenient. What do you dislike? I need better customizable reporting features. there are lots of pre-filled reports but it is difficult to navigate through them and decide which one I need. Great platform, easy to use, Awesome customer service

What do you like best? Carta is very easy to use and to manage with multiple employees. However, what has impressed me most is definitely the response time of the Customer Service team! They are extremely quick and super helpful. Whenever I have an issue, I can quickly hop into a chat room and discuss my concerns and questions and the response time is extremely fast and usually is able to immediately address my concern. Effective cap table management tool if you're prepared to do the setup work

What do you like best? It's easy to issue grants and do 409a evals What do you dislike? Some of the functionality can be confusing, some investors find it confusing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use

What do you like best? Clean interface for issuing options, useful for cap table management What do you dislike? I also use the investor/fund platform, and that one has very limited functionality...cannot send distributions. Also, set up was a bit onerous, although the 409a process was also helpful. I used to be a venture capital lawyer and I've found Carta to save me time and money

What do you like best? I find Carta to be very easy to use and saves me time and money. The 409A valuations are extremely helpful and and cost efficient. It saves from having an accounting firm do they review which can be thousands of dollars. I like how my law firm can also log in and use it as well. The upsides of using carta is that it is affordable and quick to learn. What do you dislike? Some of the pro features are a bit hidden and expensive. I sometimes can't find what I'm ...
