What do you like best about CarNow? The Chat is monitored 24/7, giving our customers some limited assistance when we are either closed or not available to take over the chat. What do you dislike about CarNow? Some agents close the chat way to early- but this isn't a huge complaint. What problems is CarNow solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about CarNow? i love how i can respond to people in real time who are asking questions about the dealership i work at. i dont have to wait for a lead to pop up. i love how i can set the day and time i want to recieve notifications. anyone can be thrown into this program without any training and work it well within an hour.
