What do you like best? Love all of the features that are included in the software so you don't have to use third party vendors. For example, the two way patient texting, text message and email automated appointment reminders, electronic new patient paperwork, virtual waiting room, online patient portal, cloud based system so you can login and work from home, etc. Also, their support staff is the BEST! Easy to use, Top Notch Customer Support
What do you like best? All locations under one database, uniformed treatment notes. The capability of entering in insurance fee schedules to accurately present patient responsibility in the treatment plans. What do you dislike? Wish we had a little more flexibility with reports, yes we can ask for a custom report but it would be nice to be able to get the information ourselves anytime of the day. Best decision ever
What do you like best? That one service can do everything we need. What do you dislike? I would like demographics to be populated from a patient demographic form What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Where do I begin? They have made our office so much more efficient. We have been able to do more stuff with less staff. It’s been great.

CareStack - helping TLC work smarter not harder
What do you like best? The software has everything in one platform, which goes with our mantra -w working smarter, not harder. There customer service is AMAZING! When you need support, they are there for you. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike at this point. Our experience has been very smooth and easy !
What do you like best? Our company really likes the fact we can access work from home since Carestack is cloud-based. The interoffice messaging is great to communicate with staff from the operatories to the front desk. The staff never have to leave the chair but we are always in full communication and all on the same page. In this new era with the pandemic, it's been extremely helpful to communicate next visit appointments that need to be scheduled since routers are not an option. ...

Carestack has been very helpful and very beneficial to our dental office atmosphere.
What do you like best? I like the fact that organization comes easy and that the website allows you to extensively organize with details. What do you dislike?
