What do you like best? Love all of the features that are included in the software so you don't have to use third party vendors. What do you like best? All locations under one database, uniformed treatment notes. The capability of entering in insurance fee schedules to accurately present patient responsibility in the treatment plans. What do you dislike? Wish we had a little more flexibility with reports, yes we can ask for a custom report but it would be nice to be able to get the information ourselves anytime of the day. What do you like best? That one service can do everything we need. What do you dislike? Our experience has been very smooth and easy !

What do you like best? Our company really likes the fact we can access work from home since Carestack is cloud-based. The interoffice messaging is great to communicate with staff from the operatories to the front desk. The staff never have to leave the chair but we are always in full communication and all on the same page. In this new era with the pandemic, it's been extremely helpful to communicate next visit appointments that need to be scheduled since routers are not an option. ...
