"Straightforward solution to improve patient communication"

What do you like best about CareMessage? CareMessage is an easy-to-use platform that enables direct communication between patients and providers. As a Case Manager, it was a crucial link for harder-to-reach patients and allowed us to easily send links to resources and reminders for appointments. "Direct Communication and Engagement with Patients"

What do you like best about CareMessage? CareMessage is multi-purpose communication/engagement application. For the appointment reminders, CareMessage was able to interface directly with our EMR system (Greenway Intergy) which allows our patients to confirm, cancel or reschedule their appointments via text or voice and our EMR system will automatically update accordingly to their responses. "Extremely easy to use and share information between physicians and patients. "

What do you like best about CareMessage? The ease of use of the application, the ability for nurses and other staff members communicate through it, and mainly the positive responses we have heard back from patients. What do you dislike about CareMessage? There truly are not many. It drains battery life quickly and as an administrator, I have heard that complaint a lot.
