I am using Cardinity for all my online businesses. So far (2years), I have had no problems at all.very happy.

it's a scam

it's a scam! I closed my account because I did not agree with their regulations, they refuses to refund my money and tell me that it is blocked for 540 days !!! so beware of Cardinity and apparently I'm not the only one to complain

Cardinity is a great payment provider

Cardinity is a great payment provider - easy to install and use (I personally use it with OpenCart), never had an issue myself or had complains from customers.I am also happy with the % they take as they are significantly lower than other ones I checked.Overall I am very happy with my choice :)

Cardinity is an CANCER. I have find this platform who is regulated by the central bank of the republic of lithuania. I had think they're serious so I'm register. First Problem; You need of 1,5 week for be registered (really 1,5 week). They not ask all documents in same time but they ask new documents each days. This Cardinity company is very wrong because they first confirmed us, after received initially demands our company documents, that they are ready to provide PSP to open merchant account but then they begun demand so much authorities documents and confirmations from us above 30 confirmed and notarized documents for which we spent so much money and time above one month and to end said that our company don,t met their requirements because their risk team has decided that our company don,t met ...

Never again

Despite the impressive and nice application form, the company has an ignorant risk manager, who does not even fully read the content while reviewing application forms. My application has been failed on 3 requirements (and actually it WAS compliant for all 3!) with the statement "Unfortunately, this decision is final and cannot be negotiated".
