BAD BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My sales rep (Marcus) didn't return my calls for several days!! When I questioned him about it, it was no big deal to him! Making customers their priority is not within their realm of doing business! I took my business elsewhere!

"Great Rates, User Friendly Portal"

What do you like best about CardConnect? We switched from our previous card processor to CardConnect after doing a cost analysis and using CardFellow to compare processors. The rates were as promised which was much better than our previous company. Also the portal is extremely user friendly and much more helpful than the two other portals I have used with previous processors. What do you like best about CardConnect? I like that you can customize customer fields in the virtual terminal. You can add in a customer ID/code or a random field that identifies with a customer that will save to their profile. What do you dislike about CardConnect? I don't like that I can't connect to my quickbooks in the way I would like. It can connect through a third party add on but you can't record a payment that covers multiple invoices. They are scammers. The representative named Mandy Hendrickson is definitely scam. Avoid the company as a whole. I was looking for merchant services in 11/2018 and signed up with this company. In negotiations I made sure that I will not be charged the Early termination fee and representative agreed to it and confirmed in email. They left the space of ETF in actual contract blank and when I questioned, she stated that she has made it $0 and that is why it doesn't show anything in that space. ...

"Horrible Support with Fine Service"

What do you like best about CardConnect? The ease of the dashboard is definitely a nice plus. Being able to submit support tickets from the dashboard/copilot is pretty useful as well.
