Ongoing Satisfaction
Using capsule has been a great experience and it only gets better and more powerful with continued use. It's easy to use, intuitive, has more features than I could possibly use and keeps me organized and on task. Great product and I've used them all....ACT, Address Two, Goldmine and a couple others that were not worth the effort to import my contacts.

Super Easy to Use But Powerful CRM
The problem with many CRM systems is too long of a learning curve. I love Capsule CRM because it's super easy to use from day one but it packs a lot of power and so many useful features. Highly recommended!

I use Capsule for several of my clients…
I use Capsule for several of my clients as it's easy to use and anyone can use this CRM system. I love that it shows all of the client's details on the profile page from invoices, pipelines, tasks, and e-mail trails. Everything is in one place making navigation easy. It has several integration options and has clearly defined tags, opportunities, and Project sections.

I use Capsule for several of my clients as it's easy to use and anyone can use this CRM system. "Capsule for a 1 man business"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? There are so many that I can't think of them all. I only use the Professional plan so there are some more advanced functions that are not available. However, things I love are - dropbox function, the sync with Quickbooks and Mailchimp. the Outlook integration including the Outlook Add-on. and the integration to Better Proposals. I don't use the projects/cases much, but when I have, it's very easy to use and customise. Any issues I have had have ...

"Easy flexibility"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? It's the fact that you're not forced into a certain way of using CapsuleCRM.You can mold it into many ways of using it. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? The calendar doesn't differentiate between actions and appointments. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Seling and organising seats on webinars. The pipeline can be converted into a tool that is near perfect to do this,

A great CRM for my business
A great CRM for my business, never any issues and always on hand to help if needed. I only use the basics functions for now but there is a lot more I am sure I can benefit from. Good Job Capsule team.
