All inclusive value for money CRM easy to learn and use and adapt your own work flow.

All inclusive value for money CRM which is powerful and adaptable. I have been using this software for many years and it just grown. Showing how dedicated the Dev team are to the project, With this the tools available have grown. The service is fast and the support agents know how to correct any issues. I am very happy with my decision to purchase Capsule.

"Easy to use and cost effective for small businesses"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Easy to use, quick to implement, cost effective for the needs to smaller teams with non-complex use cases What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Support isn't live chat, not as comprehensive as other established CRMs (but the cost reflects this fairly) What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great option with excellent support"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Customer support - friendly, fast to reply, and helpful in how they respond. The product seems good, and a good price - for our small business it's perfect covering all our needs What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Twitter API

They are refusing to pay for the Twitter API, meaning they've removed the feature. We pay enough in subscription fees for them to afford it, should be adding new features not removing them. Poor. Will cancel for my entire organisation if it isn't brought back.

Ongoing Satisfaction

Using capsule has been a great experience and it only gets better and more powerful with continued use. It's easy to use, intuitive, has more features than I could possibly use and keeps me organized and on task. Great product and I've used them all....ACT, Address Two, Goldmine and a couple others that were not worth the effort to import my contacts.

Super Easy to Use But Powerful CRM

The problem with many CRM systems is too long of a learning curve. I love Capsule CRM because it's super easy to use from day one but it packs a lot of power and so many useful features. Highly recommended!
