What do you like best about Capsule CRM? The main thing that drew me to capsule was its ease of use. This has kept me with the platform as it means that others I work with will actually use the product too. This means its not just another app that sits on your laptop/phone. "Best CRM I have used in a while"

"A great piece of kit"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? There are various areas of Capsule we like using, but what stands our for us is great customer serive. We have only needed to contact them twice, but each time they responsed quickly and helpfully, and then followed up a couple of weeks later with a check in.
