"Exactly what I needed"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule CRM is a very handy webbased tool for keeping track of my contacts and interactions in business. I like that it integrates with my email. "Excellent tool for small businesses"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? The most important thing is that it is easy to use and we can combine it with Outlook which is where most of our client interaction occurs. "Easy to set up, customise and use"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule was easy to set up (loading data from Excel), easy to customise (e.g. put in our own terminology and fields) and easy and intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Compared to salesforce which I used in my last firm there is nothing I dislike about Capsule. "Amazing CRM - fantastic functionality, easy to use and implement, with first rate support team"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Excellent functionality, easy to use/implement, with a fantastic support team There is all the functionality I need within Capsule. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule is very easy to use and helps maintain organization. "Excellent CRM"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? It has a smooth intface with my other systems like MS Office as well as Xero thereby keeping tabs on Invoicing as well as correspondence. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? A smoother interface with LinkedIn would be beneficial. I currently have to copy LinkedIn messages into Capsule to ensure my database is kept up to date. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Prioritising time management and customer contact.

"Excellent CRM that is thoughtfully designed and well supported."

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? The core features and functionality are well though through and intuative. It is perfect for SMEs, and you don't get a sense of unneccessary features and configuration requriements. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Honestly, not a lot! It really is very good! What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Pipeline management and visibility of opportuntities so my team and I can collaborate.
