"Excellent Customer Service"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? General communications always timely. You actually get to speak to someone if you have a query. Replies to emails are very quick, personal and effective. Easy to use for my specific requiremements. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Nothing in particular to dislike from my experience. "Capsule: bringer of alignment and booster of productivity"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? It's intuitive, and incredibly simple to use. There is a richer, more customisable element to it which we've dipped into as and when, and found it always meets our needs with minimum fuss. We've utilised its import facility regularly, and also built out several integrations using its API to enable us to keep track of our contacts, our comms, and also to publish activities to our slack space to harmonise our business development activities. "Great for Project Management"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? My favorite thing about Capsule CRM is the easy layout that is presented. It is simple enough to understand for those who are fairly new to PM! What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? The price point is a buit above average than competetors. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Capsule CRM is helping my team with their organizational skills when it comes to PM.

"Great CRM"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? How user friedly it is! It really keeps my day in line. I use it all day everyday. We have connected it with out Quickbooks. New staff learn it fast. "Does everything I need it to do, easy to use and very quick"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Very easy to set up, excellent and timely support, does everything I need it to do. If there's something that looks like it's not supported, the support team are always able to point out how to. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? The ease of use of the sales pipeline and the email storing What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? It would be great if there was a desktop app and if I could store contacts in separate groups, not just tags What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule has been an amazing additional to our business. It is fully customizable and so user friendly. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? There is nothing I like best about Capsule, it has many excellent features - the simplicity of inputting and retrieving information, the integrations, the task management - nothing can be forgotten, the truly brilliant customer service. "Organises workload and displays in a straightforward manner, so easy to use."
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? We can see all of our current and past cases, where each case is up to in terms of tasks and all staff members task lists. We can add notes to advise staff of anything they may need to know about the case without them being in the office. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Haven't found anything yet.
