"Capsule CRM is an absolutely phenomenal value for the cost."

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? Capsule CRM has customizable filters for tags and data tags. Capsule CRM supports multi factor authentication. Capsule CRM integrates with a lot of other popular software platforms that we use internally. I love CapsuleCRM!

I love CapsuleCRM!! I can't fault anything about it. I have been using it for over 10 years and have recommended it to many other business owners. each person that starts using it loves it for its user experience. I have still not found a system that allows me to do my custom fields, process flows and integrations with as much ease and for a cost effective price.

This has to be one of the best CRM's I've used, I love the simplicity of use, and its versatility with the phone app. To prove my faith, this is the 2nd time I've purchased, and for 2 different companies.....

Capsule is very easy to use and tailor…

Capsule is very easy to use and tailor to our business needs. Having implemented Dynamics and Salesforce (c. 1 yr implementation for each) we wanted a CRM that we could tailor to our needs and was easy to set up. Capsule was perfect and took only a few hours to set up! The new O365 integration is fantastic and complements the Xero integration.

I’ve used CRMs all over the world and…

I’ve used CRMs all over the world and in various different industries but Capsule is by far the best I’ve used. Simplicity is key for sales people and this does that perfectly. It’s aesthetically pleasing too and does exactly what it says on the tin. I’d highly recommend Capsule to any company looking for a CRM

Great CRM helps us to keep in touch with our contacts

PROS: The software is easy to use and clear. Capsule allows you to create contacts, relationships and companies so you can easily track you contacts and where they work. Also, my team can add notes, tasks, reminders, follow up items so we can easily stay in touch with our partners, leads and customers. Intuitive and easy to use CRM

PROS: It’s easy to implement and the Capsule’s interface is very flexible. You can implement in different department with different customer management processes, you can set up this software easily. CONS: I would like more detailed guide. To run this software you need some experience of CRM, but the Capsule is not very difficult.
