I've been using Capsule for many years
I've been using Capsule for many years, it's been great to seem them grow and add features as the years have passed. The interface is nice and lightweight, really clean, I never get lost in it, unlike other platforms. Support is really responsive and always are a great help. All round a great experience that helps me grow our business.

ALWAYS quick to respond with considered, thorough information and advice. It's so reassuring to know the Support Team are on hand, are always quick to respond and always resolve the issue! Couldn't ask for a better CMS Support Team.

"A simple, reliable but essential business tool"

What do you like best about Capsule CRM? The major upsides of Capsule CRM are it's ease of use, management of new contacts or customers in proper and hassle free manner. "Great for Teams or Individuals"
What do you like best about Capsule CRM? A great tool for prompts in following up leads and projects, keeping key contacts details and giving me an overview on whether I need to engage more with my potential market and pour a little more into the sales funnel. I find the Tracks useful as a ready made set of tasks to follow (though each potential opprortunity can be a little different) which really streamlines the whole process for me and saves a lot of time. What do you like best about Capsule CRM? It's intuitive and easy to use. Fairly customisable too so you can fit it to different kinds of businesses. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM? Like any CRM, these software programmes are only as good as the data inputted. Tagging and labelling is labour intensive but absolutely necessary to ensure your lists for marketing are kept up to date. This relies heavily on human participation! What do you like best about Capsule CRM? It is priced reasonably with intuitive features and UX/UI. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?
