Canto is great and very easy to use

Canto is great and very easy to use. It's super easy to figure out but they also give you very thorough training. The search function is super good. One problem we are currently having is limited download permissions on certain file types. However, Canto is supposed to be working with us on a new feature or workaround.

Canto works well and made life easier for us

What do you like best? The tagging and search are absolutely the best, easiest to use features. It's the best tagging and search mechanism I've seen for a DAM (which isn't saying a whole lot. The reporting features are great, too. We can easily see what's getting downloaded, what tags are most common, what search terms are most common and what's being uploaded. Scalable, Easy to Use and Great Customer Service!

What do you like best? Scalable: We looked at many different options for a Digital Asset Management solution. After extensive research and demos, we landed on Canto in part because we were able to easy scale up as our use increased. We love that we are able to move Contributor licenses between users. This is an excellent program, easy to use, easy to setup, very intuitive and I would suggest this to anyone that needs to share any digital assets.

Excellent choice for digital asset management. Canto has this right. Able to handle large numbers of photographs with intuitive search function and the ability to share portfolios with clients. Robust tagging and keywording functions as well.
