What do you like best about Canny? I think that the easy of use of Canny is one of my favorite parts. It is straightforward and simple for our internal team (and customers) to understand. It's an easy way for teams internally to stay connected while also tapping into the feature needs of our cstomer base.

"Simple and intuitive UI"

What do you like best about Canny? I like the simplicity of being able to capture feedback and categorise them, as well as link them to Jira tickets. The public page for receiving feedback, and sharing updates on roadmap with a nice, clean UI is fantastic.
