What do you like best about Canditech? Our marketing roles require a lot of marketing campaign optimization and data analysis. We use Canditech’s embedded Google Sheet questions to provide candidates with data that they can analyze and work with, directly inside the testing platform. Every cell in the spreadsheet is checked and scored automatically for us, which has saved us so much time considering we used to manually review each answer of every candidate.

What do you like best about Canditech? It is important that our sales engineers possess both sales and technical skills. We use video responses and open text questions to simulate sales calls and email writing. On the technical side, we can easily assess coding and SQL skills.

What do you like best about Canditech? I was among the first user of Canditech back in 2020 while I was hiring Data Consultants for Optimove. This was a very difficult role to hire since we looked for individuals that have a good mix of customer facing skills along with strong data analysis/technical skills. What do you like best about Canditech? There is no other platform available on the market that allows us to evaluate SQL skills like Canditech does. Candidates are able to run queries that mimic our internal database directly in the test platform, exactly as they would in their future job. What do you like best about Canditech? I haven’t come across another testing platform that allows the same level of customization that Canditech does. I’ve worked with other platforms that allowed you to add on some custom questions to their content, but there were restrictions. Canditech allows you to build your own test 100% from scratch. Pulling from their library of content is available, but just an option if you don’t need it.
