What do you like best about Canditech? Operations roles are very specific to the company and the duties can be vastly different across industries. Using Canditech, we were able to create a very realistic day in the life of an operations manager role at our company. "Confident hiring decisions for client-facing roles"

What do you like best about Canditech? Canditech has really helped me make confident hiring decisions. Prior experience or resumes are not indicative of client-facing skills. Watching our candidates give sales pitches to the camera or write emails to clients cuts out so much wasted interview time and even our resources wasted on bad hires.

"Ready to use test content for Gaming"

What do you like best about Canditech? We’re using Canditech for entry-level positions in gaming (Marketing, Monetization QA, etc.). As a small and growing startup, we didn’t have any testing methods for roles like these. Canditech provided us with 100% ready to use assessments which we easily customized with our company-specific scenarios. The result was a fun, engaging, and totally realistic simulation of the types of tasks our candidates would be partaking in day to day.

"No more expensive mis-hires"

What do you like best about Canditech? In the past, we had made a couple poor hiring decisions that truly cost us a lot of money and time. Mis-hires are damaging to all companies, but for a company our size, a poor hiring decision can be especially detrimental. Canditech has really helped us be confident we are hiring the right people. As the tests we create are an actual simulation of the future job, we know exactly how the candidate will perform and know for sure they are the right fit.
