What do you like best about Canditech? Canditech has really changed the way I hire because it allows you to test candidates for technical skills AND soft skills. I love that I can utilize the different test types (in particular, the coding and SQL tests) and pair them with personality and culture fit tests. What do you like best about Canditech? Canditech has been great for assessing our content writer’s written and verbal communication skills. We created a scenario-based test that walks our applicants through a series of writing prompts. Before Canditech, we were just sending our prompts via email, so it’s been great to have a centralized platform for our candidates and for our record-keeping purposes.
