I wish it was already integrated into software where we didn't have to login externally What problems is Canary Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefit is more for the customer than it is for us. Customers spend less time at our desk and can get to their room happily and quickly.

Verification process is helpful in preventing fraudulent charges. Although nothing is foolproof, this is an excellent tool.
