What do you like best? I love the call recording platform where you are able to see the recording for all the users and you also have the option to shadow calls. Great Call Tracking Software and Less Expensive Than Others

What do you like best? Easy to add numbers, link to Google Analytics and review call reports. What do you dislike? It could be a little easier to add users within different accounts for agencies.
