What do you like best about CallTrackingMetrics? The UI allows me to easily find every phone call that was received by our tracking phone numbers, and it's quite easy to generate reports based on channel, and determine how many calls were received by each respective channel.

It is so nice to be able to make notes for different people or adjust the caller ID so we know who is calling us. It's also simple to switch between calls and texts and is nice to have both function avaliable.
