The best I've encountered so far.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We've had plenty of experiences with tracking intelligence solutions, but CTM is the best we've encountered so far. I like how it does not bombard us with dozens of functionalities that we hardly have room for in our workflow. I would not choose any other company for call tracking.

What do you like best? Super user-friendly and support is awesome, they are fast and get on issues quickly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best tool to use when tracking marketing campaign efforts to discover which are generating leads and conversions from calls. The tool is user-friendly and knowledgebase materials are simple to follow, allowing for quick setup. Tech support is very knowledgeable and has helped us on several occasions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy and seamless technology that I do not have to think about when using. The most useful thing about the software is the app I have on my phone. I am able to be away from my desk and accept incoming calls from current customer to new prospects.
