PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how intuitive this program is. The interface is not complicated, unlike its competitors. I'm particularly happy about the availability of a CTM app though. This lets me work on my campaigns--tweak, launch, kill--even when I'm away from my work desk. Great for tracking phone calls for your digital marketing efforts

What do you like best? Call Tracking Metrics makes it so much easier to track phone calls from your different marketing efforts. It is easy to integrate with different ad platforms to get that data back in the platform. But it is also easy to buy these numbers for other things as well (magazines, billboards, flyers, etc). PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is a really promising tracking tool. I didn't have any problems while setting it up. They have an app available for download, in case you want to check in on your campaigns while you're out on the field. The CS is quite impressive too--they're all very polite and well-trained. What do you like best? I find call tracking easy to use and they have great customer service. There are so many features I am very happy with the product.
