Best Call Tracking Software That We Have Found
What do you like best? We really enjoy how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with other platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Swydo, etc.) What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? First of all, I think that this is a reasonably-priced yet robust tool. Their CS team is top-notch. Easy to Use and set up
What do you like best? The call tracking service was very easy to use and setup. This is the first service I have personally used like this, and I thought it would be more complicated to get set up and use, but it is not. What do you like best? Prior to using CallTrackingMetrics I had used other systems and this one by far is the best one. Customer service is quick to fix any issues or help you figure out how to do something. You actually get to talk to a real person! Very intuitive software to use. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is probably the only tracking intelligence company that has agreed to merge our two existing numbers into one line--so it makes sense that we'd go for this option. Excellent tool for tracking the source of phone calls
What do you like best? We have multiple phone numbers which show dynamically on our website depending on the source of entry to the site. The majority of our sales come through phone calls and live chat so the checkout process is not always completed on the site and therefore is not recorded in Google Analytics. What do you like best? I like how I can get the call data back into Google Analytics and Google Ads for accurate call tracking. What do you dislike? What do you like best? "it just works" is already taken as a slogan, but Call Tracking Metrics does just that - it is incredibly easy to deploy, set up different numbers, verify, integrate with Google Analytics. and Google Ads.
