"Calltouch Call Tracking"

What do you like best about Calltouch Call Tracking? Before Calltouch we were using multiple software like Callcentral and pagerduty. Due to multiple software, there were no call records or KPIs for the Team Management and appraisals. Moving to calltouch we were able to get the analytics in the same app so we were effectively tracking down the efforts of the SD team and get a Better idea of type of requests from the customer.
