"Best dialer ever!"

What do you like best about CallTools? The new reporting to analyze data and campaign filters have really helped us understand our lead conversions. What do you dislike about CallTools? Only downfall is the lag time to listen in on "live" calls. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? The various reporting tools! Filters and buckets make it so much easier to recycle campaigns.

What do you like best about CallTools? Kirby was very tech savvy and has outperformed any tech that I know What do you dislike about CallTools? I do not dislike anything with the software. It is amazing Recommendations to others considering CallTools: Keep kirby in your company, he needs a raise. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? the manual dialing side and kirby was able to explain it well

"Awesome dialer so far!!"

What do you like best about CallTools? Can do automatic dialing using browser with No softphones needed. What do you dislike about CallTools? You gotta make sure your using a good usb head set and a very good internet connection. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? No softphones needed its already in the calltools.

"Friendly to my eye as agent."

What do you like best about CallTools? The agent dashboard where you can see you leads available while dialing. What do you dislike about CallTools? Sometimes the phone register concern. I observed that it is somewhat heavier than other dialers I had used. The recent calls options is not giving me all those recent calls from the past for me to listen to my calls and do my own critic for me to improved. No VM drop. CallTools.com Awesome product & superior service to their customers.

CallTools dialer that is used to make outbound calls to motivated sellers for Real Estate Investors is a superior product for this industry. Not only is the product awesome, their whole team is super helpful to customers. This includes Senior Account Executives (Chase), Tech Support, and the awesome Intergeneration Team that helps with API connections and other very technical issues. "Excellent customer service and fast response time"

What do you like best about CallTools? I'm not the most technology saavy person and my hours can be crazy so good FAQ, training modules and access to customer service is very important. "CallTools"

What do you like best about CallTools? I like being able to call more than 3 numbers at a time to reach more customers. What do you dislike about CallTools? Appointments have to be check manually. I'd prefer to see them queued into the same campaign or a different campaign. What problems is CallTools solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to reach out to a lot more customers in a shorter amount of time using CallTools.
