What do you like best about CallTools? Great software! Multi line dialer, you can hook it up to a CRM. This prevents the CRM from getting too crowded with bad leads, also the multi-line dialer is great for working larger lists. At the very least, the software will help you improve the efficiency of your sales reps or cold callers resulting in higher conversions for the time. What do you dislike about CallTools? I did wish that they had an auto-text option like Lead Sherpa, but it is great ...
