PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CallRail provides me with accurate data to my clients when it comes to phone-calls that the adverts on the websites are generating. We are able to present true value of our services by using the data. We have improved the customer retention numbers effectively. There is even emails with call-data and with recorded calls. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CallRAil is easy to set up and easy to use, I managed to install the program by myself. There are extremely easy and understandable instructions to follow. It is simple and intuitive tool with great capabilities. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
