Great tool for sales and marketing!

What do you like best? It's great being able to listen in on sales calls in near real time and break down the calls by marketing campaign or promotion. What do you dislike? I am currently on the basic plan and have not found any issues with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are ensuring that our sales staff deliver a consistent message to our clients.

Powerful tool for texting to a group

What do you like best? I use it to send texts to groups that I manage, setup automated text reminders of regular events (weekly team meetings, programs we offer). LOVE the inbox to handle responses, LOVE buying a phone number so the texts come from a phone and not a text number What do you dislike? So easy and effective

What do you like best? The interface was insanely easy to use and it was great that the person recording the robocall didn't have to be in the office with me. What do you like best? The software does what it should do and the setup is straightforward. Some software is buggy, but I have not had any issues with CallFire. What do you dislike? I had a number that was receiving calls…

I had a number that was receiving calls for sales and offers in multiple languages from many different places I requested a replacement for that number and was given back a credit for the amount I spent on the number Customer Service is quick and easy and painless

Its great when it works...

The service is great when it is working.. We have run into several issues using our American Express cards to recharge the account. The only solution we were offered is to pay for a year in advance instead of monthly. Not a viable solution for us.

Always great and fast customer service

Always great and fast customer service. Everything works very well for our company with them including the call tracking and call recordings. Without it properly functioning, we wouldn’t know where our calls come from for marketing purposes. Keep up the great work! :)
