Great solution for my clients.

What do you like best? I utilize CallFire for tracking phone calls for my clients. Being able to keep track and record calls is indispensable to me. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I liked it because it auto dialed for me and cut out thousands of bad numbers. It allowed me to go ahead and get more calling done with my agents. What do you dislike? the price was a little expensive. Also, i did not like how it counted ring no answers as a chrage to me. What problems are you solving with the product? Very Happy

What do you like best? Customer Service was great! CallFire is also very easy to use. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I have come across that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This service will save us time during Open Enrollment (we are in health insurance) and will allow us to not have to call each client.
