A Great Tool for Tracking Your MarketingCampaigns
What do you like best? CallFire is pretty easy to understand,setup, and get started with. It is a simple tool for tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. What do you dislike? The worst part about CallFire is that more than 50% of the calls that come through my tracking numbers are junk and robots. What do you like best? It’s simple and straightforward. Lots of numbers to choose from. What do you dislike? I had difficulty getting it going in the beginning and couldn’t cancel. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used it as a way to get people to call in for a promotion when doing social media advertising. It’s good in theory but I didn’t get a lot of calls.

Great Communication and Reliable Preference for SMS Blasts
What do you like best? Fast and easy process that's what I like best about it. It helped me interact with our members to attend our bargaining sessions. What do you like best? Great program for contacting potential and current students. What do you dislike? The cost can be excessive if used to frequently Recommendations to others considering the product: The switch to credits was confusing. I preferred the previous way of displaying the account balance. Best call tracking platform out there
What do you like best? I have used a lot of call tracking websites, but callfire is by far the best because of their outstanding customer service and easy use website. What do you dislike? Nothing, the sevice is great and over delivers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to see where calls are coming from.

Great so far.
What do you like best? I don't have to use my cell for marketing. I can use a different number for each different marketing pieces so I know where the marketing is coming from! What do you dislike? More tutorials to maximize the use of CallFire. It can be confusing. I know I have a lot that I am not using since I don't know how to set it up. A downloadable manual would be great!
