In general works fine but If you can avoid using it, avoid it: The user interface can have improvements. Many leads are lost on the way from Ad campaigns to callbell, around 20-30% Their cancellation policies are not clear from the beginng, you have to cancel 7 days in advance of your contract renwal (almost every other platform allows it to make it the day before) They kidnapp the phone number you register and ask for a 299EUR ransom

What do you like best about Callbell? Most helpful feature is the availability of all major messaging applications in Callbell . It includes WhatsApp , Facebook messenger , Instagram message , telegram etc. What do you dislike about Callbell? As such there is nothing to dislike , only thing that can improve is plan rates . "Very good, but still needs to improve a lot"

What do you like best about Callbell? Your WhatsApp business lives on the cloud. You can use unlimited agents and transfer chats between agents instantly, you can put internal notes into the conversation and also a contact note. You can save contacts directly without having to have a contact list in your phone and those are shared across with all agents. Callbell - the worst WhatsApp Integration ever

The service worked well for the first couple of weeks and then we ran into a wave of different problems like:1. Large latency in sending the messages2. Some of the messages weren't delivers to the end user at all3. When writing to a new contact for the 1st time - the message is sent twice4. The names of the contact are not syncronized across with the original WhatApp application5. With Callbell it is really easy to integrate your social media channels (instagram, whatsapp, telegram etc) so that people chat with you when they are on your website.
