What do you like best about CallJourney? It has good configurable drag and drop capabilities with multi dimensional reporting What do you dislike about CallJourney? Integration with third party systems is not readily available What problems is CallJourney solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps to automate end to end journeys for any kind of business and provides great conversation intelligence

What do you like best about CallJourney? It has amazing configurable interface for all events and actions to be handled in an effective manner What do you dislike about CallJourney? Customizations beyond a point becomes difficult and there are no audit logs to trace user and system activities which makes it less secure What problems is CallJourney solving and how is that benefiting you? Configurable dynamic workflows helps to simplify the overall conversation intelligence
