Calibermind is built as a CDP first, which gives us a wide range of flexibility in configuring our attribution modeling, as well as having the ability to process different workflows through Calibermind and write back into our systems. What do you like best about CaliberMind? Great customer success team, vision for the product is strong and the ability to manipulate data to drive insights What do you dislike about CaliberMind? This isn't really a knock but they are moving to v2 of the reporting interface (which looks awesome) but it is happening in the middle of onboarding so it's taken a bit more time to get our set of dashboards finalized. What do you like best about CaliberMind? The overall view for revenue attribution reporting, it looks across SFDC object, it pulls directly from ads platforms and other sources, it can push updates back to Salesforce for data clean up. And the team is awesome What do you dislike about CaliberMind? What do you like best about CaliberMind? Nimble platform supporting tons of integration. We are just scratching the surface. What do you dislike about CaliberMind? For newer users, it's loaded with tons of views. Keep it simple to start. What problems is CaliberMind solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales and Marketing attribution by activity, campaign, and channel. Just getting started solving our attribution challenges but CaliberMind has a good framework to get us there.
