What do you like best about CaliberMind? I love that I can deep dive into a customer's journey and see exactly how they are engaging with my platforms and content. I also find the dashboards easy to use and very customizable What do you dislike about CaliberMind? It can take a little while to figure out where things are, and at what level you need to adjust the fields. They are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and great partners when it comes to not just the technical implementation, but industry best practices. What do you dislike about CaliberMind? Customizing reports is not easy. They have a new tool to help with this, but I have a hard time learning it. That said, there are a wealth of reports out of the box that helps us visualize our data. What do you like best about CaliberMind? CM is great for influenced pipeline visualization. We use it as a supplement to campaign performance and it has worked well for us. What do you dislike about CaliberMind? It does have somewhat of a siloed data set being only focused on influence but I still find it to be very valuable overall.
