"Great Experience!"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Ease of use and excellent customer service. The single pane of glass of the administration page is very easy to view and configure. Every time I open up a ticket with Calabrio support, I get a response fast and they typically always have the answers I need. "You CAN get everything in one place"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I love that there are multiple resources within Calabrio ONE. I have access to data, QA, WFM, and call recordings all in one program. The software is continually being updated and innovated to grow as the business grows. The Analytics tool can be game-changing for many different business types. "Good for a typical contact center, but needs some improvements"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Calabrio is easy to use for both the agent and the WFM team. It was easy to learn, set-up and logical in the processes. We use the WFM platform only due to the nature of our business. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? There are a couple of drawbacks with the product. "Great software for WFM"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Great Forecasting Tools. User friendly (for the employees). Multiple time zone adjustments work great. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? For a small company works fine, for a big one it works fine too, but it can be very slow sometimes. What problems is Calabrio ONE solving and how is that benefiting you? Forecasting part was a weak point for the company, Calabrio has a lot of options and forecasting data analysis that help us a lot.

"Good for business lines but not backend admins."

I look for the high technical pieces and want to see specific details about setup and configuration. I feel like most of the discussions were at a higher level. "Calabrio is a useful tool, and support staff are the best!"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? The support staff by far is what makes Calabrio stand out from competitors. Training was great, and issues are addressed and resolved quickly. There was never an issue that required escalation, and our project manager always communicated updates proactively. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? "My Calabrio One experience"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I like being able to review agent performance and call quality. I also like the ability to do word cloud analytics which show what the hot topics are for ourcustomers. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE?
