What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? easy to use, really helpful to get updates throughout the day of my schedule What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? there's nothing really much i dislike about this, just the thing that i cant use it to ask for schedule arrangements What problems is Calabrio ONE solving and how is that benefiting you? check my schedule every day and be aware of any change that can happen

"Schedule managing"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Calabrio is a multi-use website to access everything related to my schedule. They have made some recent updates that make it easy to request absences or adjust my availability. I love the notifications on the tabs to remind me that break is ending or a new shift is about to start. What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? The way the system links up to MITEL and obtains all call volumes to help forecast for future years. "Calabrio has changed the working environment for the better (no more sheets!)"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Calabrio gives employees more freedom and empowerment whilst keeping control. The ease of use is fantastic. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? "Opportunities for growth and provide better results"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? What I have enjoyed the most with Calabrio is the automation of the scheduler's tasks. It takes time to prepare all the settings, but once you're done, the entire scheduling process is fast and accurate, thanks to optimization. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE? All the numerous resources on Calabrio’s website like webinars, user guides, videos, discussions, etc. I find them to be extremely helpful, especially as a newer member of the workforce management team! "Calabrio supports their people!"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? I don’t use all of Calabrio, and I knew nothing about it a year ago. I found the employees and staff to be super helpful, and friendly. They have a ton of resources on their website you can learn from which includes user guides, webinar’s, etc. They make it fun and interesting, and they keep you up-to-date on what is happening in the contact center world. "Calabrio WON"

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE? Calabrio One has been a fantastic tool to help my team and me accurately track and record all data points within our WF system. Calabrio ONE's best feature for me is the ability to, in real time, see adherence and Avaya activity. What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE?
