Cake's main benefits are ease of use, great interface and native mobile apps. I'd recommend Cake for companies with more than 20 employees, though enterprises with more than 200 people would benefit from Cake's functionality as well. Cons? The software currently is only in english.

What do you like best about Sage HR? How easy it is to use. The expenses portal is great and we have now moved to the development portal which looks good too. What do you dislike about Sage HR? When sending out a notification to all staff it doesnt copy in the sender. What problems is Sage HR solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of use and employee engagement

What do you like best about Sage HR? There is always support if you need it and they are human What do you dislike about Sage HR? Wish there was a easier way to add training for all employees What problems is Sage HR solving and how is that benefiting you? Its ensured that recuitment is all being completed from one source Sage. Rather than emails from all diffrent inboxs etc and hire managers. It also gives the org central point for all HR infomation
