What do you like best? Adding/deleting buttons and getting reports is easy. What do you dislike? Discounting! We have to discount item by item instead of group discounting. "User friendly and Safe"
What do you like best? Cake is user friendly and easy to teach staff and maneuver for quick entry for the waitstaff and make it extremely readable for the BOH. What do you dislike? "User friendly, Helpful, and Polite"
What do you like best about CAKE POS? Ease of use. Currently training 50+ employees and they are learning the execution quickly! Support is helpful and patient with us and helps walk us through the steps without being there. Ashley Udell listens to me at all times and really treats me with respect. What do you like best about CAKE POS? Cake POS is extremely helpful in the reports you can generate. It really gives you a great overall look at your business's performance. What do you like best about CAKE POS? We have used several platforms for our restaurant and café locations. Our business model of a vestal platform that we can customize to our needs is a must. We also wanted something that was user friendly, good technical support and affordable. Cake has fit our needs and was affordable as well. What do you dislike about CAKE POS? The biggest scam I have encountered; Bought a point of sale system from this company. The sale person I talked to says that they are running a limited promotion and so I should put in the purchase now to take advantage of the promotion and just set the shipping date a little far out since my restaurant is not ready. Issue #1: she never told me leasing the system is also an available option. So set the shipping date 6 weeks out from the purchase date. 3 weeks in, we have issues with ...
