Receptive and Friendly Support System

PROS: I just love Cake. All the features are easy to use and track. CONS: Cake, unfortunately, does not integrate with Orca.

Very good system for start-ups

PROS: We fell in love with this system because of its user-friendly interface. We are new in the restaurant business and Cake made it very easy for us. CONS: Cake is absolutely lovely but if there is something that they could improve it would be running reports at any given time and having funding for the next day transferred to my bank account during the day.

"Excellent product"

What do you like best about CAKE POS? This is my 3rd POS and by far, my favorite. It is so user friendly, easy to learn, easy to add or change items or prices or virtually anything. The reports are easy to read and make perfect sense. The fact that they take the Credit Card fees out of each deposit is a Godsend! No more massive payment at the first of the month, when everything else comes out! I love this system!! What do you dislike about CAKE POS? I wish the reports would be able to tell ...

The tech support line was aleays answered in a timely fashion, as I never waited for over 2 minutes for support. The problems were fixed easily and I never got off the phone without a solution. "Don't make a mistake....choose Cake"

What do you like best about CAKE POS? Solid performing OS and hardware. Unlike many competitors the larger screen provide for a solid surface while typing in commands. This might not seem important but in a fast casual context this tiny feature equals expedited ordering. What do you dislike about CAKE POS? The 3rd party additions are nice but native apps always mean easier solutions if and when there are problems. For instance inventory management and BOH order display screens. What ...
