"solid customer service"
What do you like best about CAKE POS? CAKE has well trained help desk technicians, who understand the system, service issues, and the need to resolve them in a speedy manner. They listen, and are willing to help to get the issue resolved quickly. What do you dislike about CAKE POS? Good Customer Service Support
PROS: Aside from its affordability, Cake is very user friendly and customizable according to the needs of our business. We have used several platforms and so far, this is the most convenient. CONS: I hope can improve its inventory system. Having a handheld device while taking inventory will be much more convenient for us.

I am very happy with the overall features of CAKE
PROS: Customers can easily order online from us and adding new dishes on our menu is relatively simple. CONS: I wish we can do reports in a six-month or yearly timeline instead of a monthly one. It'd also be great if there is a direct app for online ordering.

An amazing POS system
PROS: It has very useful features that our staff can easily understand and navigate. Furthermore, it can track inventory. CONS: The system that I need has a very specific need, it must rest every 14 tickets. The good thing is, Cake was able to help me with this.

I am very satisfied with Cake
PROS: For more than 30 years, I've programmed several POS systems. Cake is an absolute delight to work with. It has a very knowledgeable staff, who are willing to help anytime. And it has a very easy system to navigate. CONS: There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Cake.

A very helpful app
PROS: Cake POS is very easy to use. You can easily create reports and their customer support is very accomodating. CONS: If possible, I hope Cake will allow us to offer more than one reward at once.

You won’t make a mistake by choosing Cake
PROS: The overall performance of the system is exquisite. It also has a large screen to type in commands. CONS: I hope there will be more native apps instead of 3rd party solutions.

Lots of features and very user-friendly
PROS: I had the greatest experience with Cake. I was able to teach new employees the ins and outs of the system in a single seating. I was also able to track reports and revenue. To make it more amazing, every now and then, Cake adds awesome new features into the system. And I never had to wait a long time for the customer service to address my concern. CONS: While there are some limitations in the system, in my two years of using Cake, it was able to address these in each of its updates.

Easy to use and Helpful Staff
PROS: I have taught more than 50 employees how to use Cake and they've learned it without any problems. Also, the customer service is top-notch, always there to help with every need. CONS: There are times when there are delays in the process but Cake always manages to solve this in an instant with their updates and new features.
