Excelent for brainstorming and organizing ideas
What do you like best? It´s simple and fast, the interface is very clean and it works like its expected. What do you dislike? Well, I don´t dislike nothing in particular, but I think they could add a keyboard shortcut to zoom in and out the canvas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it specially to make mindmaps and do design fluxograms of apps, and wireframing.

A really good design solution.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I've used a lot of design solutions in the past years, and Cacoo is, by far, the best one that I've used. If I want to create a design from scratch, I can easily do so. I can dictate the branding and the entire look of it, depending on my preferences. Great tool for quick mockups
What do you like best? Cacoo has made it so easy to mockup my proposals to share with superiors and peers who are not as imaginative without any visuals. What do you dislike? The only downside is that I am limited on the number of diagrams I can create without paying for a membership. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cacoo has allowed me to sell some of my project proposals.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Cacoo has been a big help in our sales endeavors. How? Because it lets us design diagrams so that we can convince our clients of the merits of our company. It also allows us to save these outputs in a variety of formats. It's easier to use and Usefull to product a document profession for my studies.
What do you like best? The most like is you can export and transfert with my group. Actually is only useful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I have used Cacoo for masters thesis as well as personal project. Purchased a license as well as used the free version. Cacoo has been my goto for diagrams for several years.
