"Highly Productive"

What do you like best about CA Flowdock? We are using this software for our daily internal chat communication. We can set unique display names. We can filter and find out attachments or work items. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? There is no such dislikes about this software apart from the initial start up. What problems is CA Flowdock solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy and secured way to share business attachments and images. We can conduct a quick update session.

Easy to keep track of developments and activities

PROS: It is possible to get CA Flowdock running through their website with just a few clicks and basic configuration. Chat functionality is very good too, allowing to talk in isolated channels. You can mix in just one platform all tools that you use in a daily basis. CONS: There are too many tabs when using the web version. Each click to a different section open a new tab. Very hand for quick communication needs

PROS: I find CA Flowdock very handy if I need to quickly discuss the design of a badge, or button, or even a rollup. Another thing I like is that you can organize groups in it. This way I can share information to a selected audience. CONS: You cannot search within the tool. A workaround is to open Flowdock in browser, load conversation history and then search using the native browser's search window.

What do you like best about CA Flowdock? If team member is part of CA they easily get all the notification on email communication. Show all the threads of communication on a topic, and easily avoid gaps where people do not include their team member due to unavailability of all team members email ids. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? User interface could be improved. Sometimes search result shows many outcomes and could create mess in finding the right information. What problems is CA ...

Keeps you informed on most communication within your network

PROS: CA Flowdock gives you a lot of options to add other sources of information: Github, email threads, monitoring, etc. Using multiple channels, it's easy to "lurk" in channels you don't often actively participate in, but want to be informed. CONS: You cannot search private 1:1 messages. It would also be nice if it was easier to see co-worker's status.

An effective email replacement for our communication needs

PROS: Conversation threading lets you create message threads within a channel. You don't have to scroll endlessly looking for the history around a particular conversation. I also love the custom emojis. CONS: Slack has a nice card-like content blocks you can publish and has some more integrations. CA Flowdock search is pretty useless if you don't know the right channel to search.

"Good Project Management"

What do you like best about CA Flowdock? The threads and linking. Every project member on the team can join and be tagged and hence each knows how collectively we are working together on delivering something, it sets up a kind of responsibility. What do you like best about CA Flowdock? Support for channels. Integration with Jira. Media support includes gifs and giphy URLs. Threading of messages is great and easy to find. What do you dislike about CA Flowdock? Flowdock can benefit a lot from including audio and video conferencing through one app itself.
