What do you like best about C2CRM? I like that the data is all in one place and the convenience to use on my laptop or phone while traveling. "C2 is very user friendly and intuitive, it helps me with many facets of day to day responsibilities"

What do you like best about C2CRM? Ease of use, I can go on and enter calls, opportunities, or sample requests in less than 5 minutes. Other CRM software I have used in the past was nowhere near as simple to use What do you dislike about C2CRM? The mobile app is a little less user friendly than the web based version, but that is a minor nitpick. What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? C2 is a fantastic tool for organization, forecasting, call planning, and call notes.

"Does the job okay"

What do you like best about C2CRM? I like being able to export the data into Excel easily. What do you dislike about C2CRM? It's not very user-friendly. I had a difficult time learning how to create reports, and the reports are difficult to edit later on. What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We did not use an official sales tool to log activities and opportunities prior to using C2CRM, so having an effective way to view all our reps reports is beneficial.

What do you like best about C2CRM? The ability to view each rep's status of a client. What do you dislike about C2CRM? It would be great to export in a better manner. What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to see areas of concern and the ability to use certain products of ours to fix them.

"Simple, easy, and measurable as you hold yourself and team accountable to you work with."

What do you like best about C2CRM? It's super simple, smooth, clean in and out, and nothing too complicated some of CRM's are. also, updated in its features and resources What do you dislike about C2CRM?
