"Great Sales tracking tool and User friendly!"

What do you like best about C2CRM? My position with my company entails mainly cold calling, Lead Generation. Customized to our business model, C2 has assisted me with building a solid pipeline, which allows me to track all of my leads and run successful email drip campaigns. "Needs improvements, but everything is coming along nicely"

What do you like best about C2CRM? Each role in my company has different modules/needs to be met. The C2 team has consistently worked with employees to either update user modules or create new ones as needed. What do you dislike about C2CRM? I'm not very sure what C2 offers until I've already requested that module to be created. Knowing what modules are readily available and work with people in other companies would be a huge benefit so that we could work on our own processes. What problems ...

"Samples are now easy!"

What do you like best about C2CRM? Using C2CRM now allows me to send out my various sample requests to multiple customer requests efficiently along with getting notification that they have been sent in a timely manner. "Great CRM ease of use Software"

What do you like best about C2CRM? The customization relationship management aspect with impressive implementation capabilities that help us automate marketing What do you dislike about C2CRM? Sometimes there were glitches when not connected to our VPN, but these were rare What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The automation of marketing and implementation throughout all of our various softwares. It allows us to easily track items.

What do you like best about C2CRM? It is one of the most flexible tool to manage customer cloud data in complete Sales Cycle. "Already referred C2 to a company called Ecolink (how about a finders fee if/when they sign up)."

What do you like best about C2CRM? The ease of use & interface is good, not too overwhelming. What do you dislike about C2CRM? Time involved entering data can be a downside. Recommendations to others considering C2CRM: Ecolink What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Follow-up is better and is easy to schedule. History is readily available when needed.

"Good software, great tool! Good reporting!"

What do you like best about C2CRM? Reporting is easy and organized, easy to search for stuff. What do you dislike about C2CRM? The amount of times you have to click save and move boxes to see entire text. What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting problems. Our CEO enjoys the data he can get from the reports.

What do you like best about C2CRM? Custom Reporting is good and their support can be helpful. What do you dislike about C2CRM? C2 operates in sprint systems that make it difficult to add in your requests and get those completed in a timely manner. What problems is C2CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? None
