Fantastic on-boarding process.

What do you like best? Bynder is easy for users to learn and get started with. They haven't overcomplicated the user interface so that barrier doesn't exist. What do you dislike? They could do a tad more with different video codecs. We would like to see more derivative options using pro res. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Exporting options. Sharing of assets. Reporting on asset use.

What do you like best? It takes a little bit to understand, because the aspects / benefits of it are so vast, but once you do it's really wonderful and puts your mind at ease! What do you dislike? Really just the timing unfortunately, I did not except to end up setting Bynder up during a virus crisis. Great, dynamic DAM System with a lot of possibilities!

What do you like best? My favorite thing about Bynders DAM-software package is probably the super caretaking, attentive and sympathetic customer support. Not only the technical support but also the customer success managers (in my case Stephanie) are very supportive and engaged in bringing your platform to the next level and create the best UX possible. What do you like best? The way it is design for users, everything is placed at the right points to figure-out for everybody, tech minded or not everybody can use Bynder. What do you dislike? What do you like best? There are numerous benefits to Bynder but some of our favourites is the ability to share any asset with absolutely anyone at any time of the day. It's very easy to access the assets. We also love the fact that the metaproperties are easily customizable and can be manipulated to suit our company needs. What do you dislike? In my opinion Bynder is the best solution for DAM in the market at the moment.

What do you like best? The employees are very friendly. The system works very well and they keep on developing new features. What do you dislike? There are sometimes minor issues with uploaded assets (it take some time to convert or the preview is not showing). Fortunately the Bynder support desk is very fast in resolving those issues. Robust Platform

What do you like best? Search features and tagging make it easy to find assets and the visual layout makes it easier on the eye. Backend admin features are user-friendly too. I also like the branding-specific tools within the News Management system. What do you dislike? I wish the derivatives didn't apply to every asset. It would be useful to have certain crop features applied to employee photos, for instance, but those crop dimensions wouldn't be applicable to things like logos. I ...
