What do you like best? We're using the Bynder DAM for managing global and also local assets. We have Multibranded assets in one tool and we have globally approved assets combined with local assets in one tool. Bynder offers great user experience and terrific convenience

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Bynder has a simple UI that is very smooth to use and navigate especially for stakeholders. They don’t need to make email requests for their assets manually anymore. They can now search for a particular asset on the dashboard, then share or download it hassle-free. What do you like best? Great UI/UX which makes it easy for users to get comfortable with the environment. What do you dislike? What do you like best? On-boarding process and assistance with creating valuable taxonomy, tagging and SSO capabilities. Bynder makes sharing resources with internal and external constituents easy, and creating collections of alike assets. What do you dislike? After working with Bynder for a year, their customer service continued to decline as we have waited sometimes 3 weeks to over a month for responses from their "customer success squad," and our customer success manager. Great DAM choice for this private school

What do you like best? Attractive presentation, robust metadata records, API access for third-party apps. What do you dislike? Could be expensive for some schools, no facial recognition. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making more of our collections available to more of our community.

Very easy, user friendly, and useful as a creative team.

What do you like best? The keyword functionality is really solid as well as the file transferring capabilities. What do you dislike? I havent found anything I dont like so far! We didnt have an asset management system before, and with one we have become much more organized with our creative assets.

Great product and simple to use

What do you like best? It's great having a one stop shop for all of our images, documents, etc., with an easy search functionality and sorting capability. What do you dislike? Only downside is being unable to tag individual images during a bulk upload, and having to go into the unique assets post-upload. What do you like best? Bynder makes it easy for anyone at the CMA to search for the photo or video they need for their communications or marketing campaign. What do you dislike? I don't like that your searches don't automatically clear and any future search becomes limited by that/those search words. I understand that you can make a collection but it would be helpful to have options to separate things into their own folders.
