Great tool with great support!

What do you like best? It's not just an out of the box online tool, but it's fully customizable to match your needs and brand. If we have any problems, the guys from support are very quick to respond and have a solution ready in a couple of days. What do you dislike? There are a lot of extra tools/plugins/modules you can add to your brand portal, but most of them aren't free and aren't cheap either. A standard, built-in plugin to import assets in InDesign would be a great feature, ...

Excellent experience using Bynder

What do you like best? Bynder is an extremely user-friendly program, which allows everyone in my company access to essential assets and information. I love how easy it is to figure out the system, and how clear each instruction is given. Because of Bynder, I have a platform for sharing large files (pdfs, jpegs, pngs, etc) with not only those in my company, but also anyone else we may be doing business with. As Project Manager, it is so helpful to have a program which helps me organize ...

Bynder Review, Ryan Donovan

What do you like best? Apart from the ease of using the system, I have found Bynder's client teams to be remarkable. Olga, Emily, and Chrissie are helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable about everything I needed to get Bynder set up with my company. What do you dislike? During the trainings, sometimes the portal's features are explained in a somewhat esoteric way - as in anyone with previous knowledge of the system would understand, but my colleagues with no DAM experience were ...

Bynder - the easiest and most liked system we use

What do you like best? Reliability and ease of use are key in on-boarding a medium-large organisation onto the system. Having a central asset bank like Bynder is a great help. It's really easy to use and most new personnel just 'get it' instantly. The most often received piece of feedback from new users is how much of an improvement the system is, as compared to network storage or cloud-based document storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox). Make no mistake, it is endlessly ...

Project Manger

What do you like best? Asse bank and ability to share and centralize assets. What do you dislike? Workflow, needs more indesign support with the ability to upload indesign files as needed. Asset bank and Workflow are mostly disconnected, which makes it difficult to use. Need the ability to access files like a local drive or folder. Product management is difficult. Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a clear direction of how you want to use the tools before ...

Template System

Recommendations to others considering the product: Have all your ducks in a row before transferring content or templates into the Bynder system to expedite transition. Bynder - a modern, user-optimized online approval system for entertainment license properties

What do you like best? Our company works in the children licensing business with various major national and international licensees. All of them have special needs concerning artwork delivery and approval process. When BYNDER initially presented its software to us, we had serious doubts of this program can be customized to our particular working procedures. Two years later, we have no idea how we ever worked without our brandportal. We have the feeling this software was written only for ...

World class solution for Brand Marketing Management

What do you like best? Bynder is all about user experience: I am impressed most by the ease of use, sophistication of development and constant push to make it even easier and better. What do you dislike? The only thing about Bynder I dislike is that it’s not a household name. Once people see it, they love it - however because it’s a new solution specifically in the US, brands can be reluctant to try something they haven’t heard of. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Bynder allows us to create an extensive archive of assets for our sales and marketing teams globally

What do you like best? Bynder is an extremely simple system to use, which has ensured adoption throughout our business with minimal training. It allows our Group marketing team to maintain brand consistency globally, while also creating a library of assets for our local teams to use as best practice. What do you dislike? Having used the Bynder system fro 8 months, there is very little to dislike about the system. This is a result of continuous system updates being made, and regular ...
