When I could not access my Busuu account

After a software update on my smart phone, I could not reach my Busuu account and a demand for getting a new password also failed. Then I applied to Busuu Help Desk. Julia from Busuu understood the problem and mailed me a new password rest link. She was very kind and helpful. So, I would like to thank you for resolving the problem quickly.

I found Julia to be very helpful and respectful. She explained things in an easy-to-understand way, breaking the process down into steps. Additionally, she showed images of how everything looked, which made it very user-friendly.
